Urban Portal is a subscription based digital tool that searches and identifies sites in NSW that meet your development criteria.

It provides developers with the opportunity to proactively feed their development pipeline by identifying and negotiating suitable sites off-market rather being reactive to sites when they become available for sale. Urban planners can also use Urban Portal for what-if scenario's in strategic planning to identify the potential number of lots suitable to changes in planning controls.

Urban Portal can identify potential development sites based on a range of criteria, including:

• minimum lot size
• building height
• proximity to desirable features (such as transport, shops or inner city location)
• land size
• exclusion of planning constraints (such as within bushfire zones, airspace, flood prone land, biodiversity constrained etc)
