Bridgman Ridge is a 157 ha site situated approximately 5km north of Singleton town centre.
Urban Perspectives facilitated the rezoning of the site from Rural 1 (a) to various residential zones, a business zone, open space zones and conservation zones. We then prepared a masterplan for the site. Urban Perspectives then obtained approval for the staged subdivision of the site, which consisted of 800 residential lots.
We also prepared a Development Control Plan (DCP) for a Commercial Centre.
