Regional Performing Arts and Conference Centre

The 2010 Gosford City Centre Masterplan envisaged the RPACC on the St Hilliers Site, however the Gosford DCP 2014 designated the cultural hub, including the RPACC, to be on the Poppy Park location. Both the Masterplan and the DCP envisage the extension of Baker Street from Georgiana Terrace to Vaughan Avenue.
