Leura Residential Flat Building

The Client proposed a residential flat building with 27 apartments in three separate residential buildings. The Site formed part of the gateway to Leura and Council sought high quality design that contributed to a positive first experience of the Leura Village.

We initiated a collaborative design process with Council, but Council could not define what they wanted. The outcome was we withdraw our first Development Application (DA), lodged a new Development Application and went to the Land and Environment Court. The DA was approved following agreement during mediation with Council.
